Founded by dedicated community members, it aimed to make a significant impact on local lives. The organization has since grown into a dynamic center for educational and social opportunities.

Si, Se Puede! Inc. is fueled by a dedicated team consisting of volunteers and paid administrative and teaching staff, reflecting the cultural diversity of the city and embodying unwavering commitment to the organization's mission and the local community. Co-founded by Peg Duddy, the legacy of Si, Se Puede is now entrusted to devoted leaders.
Jacqueline De La Cruz is dedicated to empowering youth, with over a decade of experience in programs that transform children's lives through education, mentorship, and community building.
Her passion for fostering strong relationships with youth, families, and community partners has been key to the organization's success. Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures, and spending time with her family.
